Have your Cushions Custom Made..   

    We provide a custom manufacturing service so we can best provide you with exactly the style and shape you need for your outdoor comfort experience. Your décor will be unique to you. Treat yourselves and your friends to luxury whether in your garden setting, on the patio of your unit, or on your boat at sea. Relax, these cushions and seat covers are UV safe, made strong yet comfortable and durable, we guarantee it.

We now use and recommend UreGard Quick Dry Foam as an option, although we do still use our other great drain through filling. Just select which options you perefer on the order form

• Click on the appropriate link to the bottom of the page. This will take you to the appropriate quote form. Fill out this and submit to us for an obligation free quote on your design requirements. Our staff will also be available to discuss any special requirements or concerns you have.

• Measure the overall width, Seat depth or Diameter, and thickness, Backrest height of the seat area.
• For sun lounges or recliners, measure the overall width, the centre section length, the required thickness, the length of the back rest, and the leg rest.  
• For any variation in thickness or style, EG headrest built in, Box or Knife edges, describe your requirements and we will contact you to clarify the details.
• Take photos of the furniture without any coverings. We need to see the design of the furniture to best position fasteners or Velcro straps.
• For any shape except basic squares / rectangles, we require a template cut from brown paper or butchers paper, etc, showing the accurate outline with cutouts, curves etc. Please also mark the top surface of your template as well as front and back or left and right facing the seat.  and mail this to us, with your site registration details so we can identify them as yours.
• Choose your fabric, and request fabric samples to be sent using the quote form, or by phone or email. We will send these and any we think may complement them.
• For a remake of an existing cushion or seat cover, send one to us, and we will return it with your order.
• A deposit of 50% secures your order.

                There can be no refunds on custom shaped cushions unless there is reason under our Manufacturing Guarantee.           
                    Please double check the dimensions of your cushion or template as we will manufacture from these and we cannot be held responsible if your dimensions are found to be inaccurate. It will cause a waste of your time and money.

             We will remake your order in turn after cuurent orders are finalised.
